End of the World

Is it....The End?....

It is the year of 4067. In preparation of World War 5, human scientists in the country of Cast Union were working on a more powerful Nuclear Bomb. It was designed to be dropped upon the enemy Quidoba's side to end the war before it even started. But upon completion there was an issue, researchers realized that the bomb might have been too powerful to be directed at just one country. The military did not heed their warnings. But instead of being purposely dropped, the bomb detonated as it was being loaded onto the B-86(a long-range, subsonic, jet-powered strategic bomber, a more advanced model of the modern day B-52), which was going to be the bomb's carrier. Everything within a 500 mile radius was completely annihilated, the rest of the world was devastated with radiation poisoning and the bomb itself set off many earthquakes that helped the process of Human extinction.
A few humans remain in the world, but many of the beasts of the world are managing to survive. They hunt animals for food and will attempt to kill you with whatever they can find. They've become quite savage actually, so watch out!

A single area of city creatures, struggle to survive when all odds are against them. They call the land Rustic City, it used to be full of skyscrapers and busy humans coming to and from their jobs or general tourists strolling about with their cameras. But now many buildings are reduced to rubble and bodies litter the streets and sidewalks. The air is too polluted for most birds to fly, though some have adapted and the forest area nearby is almost completely flat, Nearly every tree lay on it's side, except one tall thick-trunked pine called the Alpha Tree. Shallow River is the border of the Mountebank District, and Harlequin District territories. Its not actually shallow, its very deep except in one place where the humans created a stone bridge, which allows water to wash over it safely without washing the bridge itself away. The river is extremely fast moving, and ends in a huge waterfall that formed when an earthquake split the ground, the bottom is impossible to see. If you fall down the falls there's is no chance of returning, dead or alive. That is where The terribly polluted atmostsphere means acid rain, because of that only the river's water is safe to drink. For the animals, the rain burns ears, noses, eyes (can cause blindness), paw pads and bare skin. Its best to take cover, though creatures with thicker pelts are a bit safer than others.
