The Vanguard

Commanders:
Commanders are the packs' highest ranks, they have first say on any matter and are the highest authority in the pack. They lead and take care of their pack. There are two Commanders the main Commander, and his or her mate is one also. During meals, they get first pick of the meat.

Auxiliaries:
Auxiliaries are the seconds in command, they are pretty much the Commander's advisors. They help in important decision-making and take care of the pack if the Commander is too sick or injured to do so. There are two of them as well, the main Auxiliery and his or mate. They get second choice during meals.

Lieutenants:
Lieutenants are the third highest in rank, if the Commanders and Auxiliaries happen to be gone, then they take over. Once again there are two, the main Lieutentant and his or her mate. They get third choice of the meat.

The Healers

Chief Medics:
Chief Medics have the highest level of herbal expertise, the regular Medics are their subordinates. They choose which Rookies to train as Medics. They also heal just like their subordintes, but they know a few more herbs and they are a the personal Medics of the Vanguard, they serve them before the rest of the pack. There are two, however they do not have to be mates.

Medics:
Medics are the packs' healers. They cure illnesses and heal injuries using herbal plants. Their job can be dangerous, when ever the herb storage gets low, a few of them must travel into the Woodland Ruins with some Crusaders to gather more. They can also mate just as any other dog can.

The Forces

Chief Crusaders:
Chief Crusaders lead the Crusaders during hunts and battles. They are the leaders of the packs' warrior dogs. They choose which Rookies to train as Crusaders.

Crusaders:
Crusaders hunt and fight for the packs.

The Adolescents

Rookies:
Rookies are the dogs in training for a certain rank. They cannot yet mate or go on Missions.

Pups:
The packs' youngest members, they stay in the Nursery with their mothers mostly and only come out to play. They are not allowed to leave the camp until they are atleast Rookies.

The Elderly

Seniors:
Seniors are the oldest members of the pack, the age of 8 being the minimum age of the Seniors. Some may be blind or deaf, but they have served their pack and will not be abandoned.

The Lowest

Slaves:
Slaves are the lowest ranked members of the pack, they are either traitors, the offspring of traitors or dogs born with disablities such as blindness. They get the scraps leftover from when everyone else has eaten, and they get the worst jobs, cleaning out the rooms and pupsitting.They are required to autmatically submit to the Vanguard and Chief ranks, or they will be punished.

Prisoners:
Prisoners are dogs taken captive from other packs. They are constantly under watch. And cannot mate.

Temporary Ranks

Mothers:
Mothers are pregnant females or female with pups in the nursery. This rank is only for a short while until the mother can return to her normal duties.

Sickly:
Dogs too sick or injured to perform their duties.
