Markings: He has white 'butterfly' splashing markings on his legs and chest (this according to legend is proof he has been into the afterlife and swum back across the river back into the land of the living.)
Scars: He has a few chips out of each ear and his tail kinks to the right about halfway down from an old break but other than that he is remarkably scar free. (for the moment!)
Personality: Styx is a serious character with a wry sense of humour. He is stern on occasion but does not lose his temper quickly and generally had a level head. He is very matter of fact when it comes to serious matters such as negotiations and the health of others, and will not be pushed around, he is very sure of his own abilities. He has a deep seated belief in the customs of his ancestors and likes to recount tales of myth and legend in times of quiet and peace to amuse his comrades.
Extras: Styx generally gets along well with other dogs but has no time for fools or dogs who think too much of themselves, he is not afraid to put another into his place if he feels they are behaving like a buffoon.
Likes: Watching the sunrise every morning, good company and to have a female to curl up with at the end of the day. Fresh meat and telling stories. He enjoys passing on knowledge to pups and others.
Dislikes: Idiocy, over confidence in those who have no right to be, dogs who fight for no reason, dogs with short tempers, the cold.
Strengths: He is strong and fast, and very intelligent, his hearing is astoundingly good. He is a master negotiator and is very knowledgeable.
Weaknesses: He feels the cold easily, and is very set in his ways, he feels he is right most of the time and it is hard to persuade him otherwise. He is relatively easily wounded thanks to his lack of fur.

Styx is well muscled and strong looking, with good tone and black skin with white markings on his feet, lower legs and chest. HIs eyes are captivating shade of emerald green and his large, erect ears have multiple chips in their edges. His tail kinks to the right side about halfway down thanks to an ld break when he was a pup.
