Shallow River

Shallow River is the border between Rustic City and the Woodland ruins. Despite its name, Shallow River is pretty deep, and the current is very fast. The banks are extremely steep, so one must be careful not to fall. There's an old bridge whose stone collapsed into a pile beneath the water, and it now provides an easier passage across. The dogs come here often for it is the only clean water found in the area, they use old cloth they find to bring water back for thoses who couldn't go themselves. The river is fast enough tht it escapes being polluted from acid rain. If the river were to freeze over, the dogs would be in trouble.

There is quite a bit of prey here mice, squirrels, salmon and even deer! However there are also predators such as cougars and huge bears.
